SCOPE of WORK
The goal of the Mim's Houses Cornerstone Project is to ensure the landmark's legacy is maintained through critical infrastructure work and the construction of a new landscape design honoring the unique relationship between the Houses, the University of Oregon, and the broader Eugene community. The project includes the following specific components with hopes for permitting and implementation by Spring of 2026.*
