The campaign

The Mims Cornerstone Campaign is a collaboration between community non-profits, private businesses, and individual donors to preserve and sustain an important landmark that provided a sanctuary from racial inequity for decades in the Eugene community. The Campaign seeks to raise funds for critical infrastructure work and the construction of a new landscape design that honors the unique relationship between the Houses and the broader Eugene community, and that will tell the story of the Mims Houses’ legacy for generations to come.
